The EARLY BIRD registration fee is $185 and includes meals and conference materials. 

After February 15, the registration fee is $250.

Once you have completed the registration form, we will email the INVOICE to the billing person indicated on your registration form.
The invoice can be paid by check, credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, or Venmo.
Please note that all refund requests must be submitted on or before March 15.

If you need to submit another registration, click on refresh in the upper left of your browser window (an almost circle next to the web address) and the registration form will reappear:-)
